Sustainable Insight Capital Strategy
Our partner Sustainable Insight Capital Management (SICM) is an institutional investment firm managing long-only in public equities for the mainstream investor.
SICM provides asset owners a comprehensive suite of disciplined, systematic, and scalable investment strategies designed to help achieve their alpha-generating goals in U.S and International markets. SICM successfully partners with asset owners and managers to create differentiated strategies to help clients with ESG and other long-term investment objectives across various investing vehicles. SICM also hasa deep bench of hypothetical and model portfolios to help clients enhance existing and create new products in order to better reflect their personal views and preferred implementation of the UN SDGs (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals) to expand their equity sleeve. These includie Emerging Markets, US Long/Short, China, and a range of other investment options.
SICM commenced operations in February 2013. Their partners include The Kresge Foundation and The Capricorn Investment Group, a private investment firm that seeks to demonstrate that it is possible to invest profitably while driving sustainable positive change. Presently, SICM are 6 people with offices in New York (headquarters), London and Sydney.

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Bluegrove Capital Management Ltd (“Bluegrove”) has entered into an agreement with Sustainable Insight Capital Management (the “Investment Manager”) where the Investment Manager has agreed to pay Bluegrove a fee in exchange for introducing potential investors to the Investment Manager. Bluegrove will receive twenty percent (20%) of the management fees and performance fees received by the Investment Manager in respect of Introduced Clients. Bluegrove is not a client of the Investment Manager.
The payment of cash compensation to Bluegrove creates material conflicts of interest for Bluegrove in that Bluegrove has an incentive to recommend the Investment Manager.
