Nadia has over 17 years of experience in financial services with focus on compliance, anti-financial crime, enterprise risk, operational excellence and crisis management at Deloitte, Intesa, GE Capital and Deutsche Bank. ​Nadia graduated from Cambridge University with Masters in Economics and from London School of Economics with Masters in Political Sociology.

Valeriy is a senior investment banking executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Until 2018 he was Head of Emerging Markets and Foreign Exchange trading at Credit Suisse where he has been a managing director since 2010. Since 2018 he is involved in asset management across multiple asset classes in global markets. A successful and experienced risk runner in a broad range of products he spent 14 years in key roles in three leading investment banks. He joined the financial industry as a derivatives trader in 1998. Prior to that, he had completed a PhD program in Mathematics at the University of Maryland in College Park.

Igor is a former Head of Strategy and Investment Banking with extensive proficiency in business development, sales and trading, M&A, and project management. He has almost 30 years of experience, having served in senior management roles in various financial institutions across the EMEA region. He holds MSc in applied mathematics from Moscow Technical University.

Marco has 25 years of experience in the fixed income realm having played senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse in London, Zurich and Moscow. He combines an extensive hands on experience in the fixed income and credit markets with portfolio management skills acquired over the years working with both institutional and UHNW clients.​

Mikhail has over 15 years of experience in equity portfolio management and research. Before joining Bluegrove, Mikhail was an equity portfolio manager for a number of UK, Singapore and Russia-based institutional investors. His prime focus is on finding fundamentally driven investment opportunities at the DM and EM equity universe. Mikhail holds an MsC in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.
